Nothing makes this momma happier than a good old solid routine! Luckily for us, kids thrive on routine too.
Let’s be real though, getting back into a school morning routine might actually be an olympic sport! At least, it should be. Sh*t’s rough out here constantly repeating ourselves and being human alarm clocks trying to keep everyone on schedule.
One huge thing that helps keep kids on track and moving is having a physical checklist to hold them accountable. Something about being able to check off a box is a massive motivator for us adults and kids!

How To Customize This School Morning Routine Checklist For Kids
1. Enter your name and email
This is so we know exactly where to send you your editable printable!
2. Check your email

3. Edit on Canva
Once you click the link it’ll take you straight to Canva.
The page will say “Angie | SchoolRunMessyBun shared a template with you”!
Simply click the button that says “use template”. This will bring up the template in Canva’s editor!
If you’ve never used Canva before, don’t freak out. I promise it’s extremely user friendly!
4. Save, download and print
Next, all that’s left to do is save, download and print!
*Important: Save your download as a “PDF Print” for best print quality.
5. Display their new checklist
I recommend finding a way to able to reuse your checklist.
You can either find an old picture frame that would fit it, laminate it or put it in a clear sleeve.
This will allow your little one to be able to use a dry erase marker. They’ll be able to easily clear off the checklist at the end of the week so it’s ready for the next!
