Hi friends,
Gobble gobble, it’s almost turkey day!
If you have a little girl who came home from school recently, handed you a blank turkey and told you she had to disguise it but didn’t offer you any ideas.. you’re in the right place!
The disguise a turkey project can be a lot of fun but if you are maybe.. less creative, it can be quite a chore. Luckily, we found some pretty awesome disguise a turkey project ideas that you and your little one can recreate!
What is a disguise a turkey project?
The turkey disguise idea is based off the book “Turkey Trouble”
The blurb reads: “Turkey is in trouble. Bad trouble. The kind of trouble where it’s almost Thanksgiving…and you’re the main course. But Turkey has an idea―what if he doesn’t look like a turkey? What if he looks like another animal instead?”
The turkey disguise project is a project where a student works with their family to dress up their turkey as something other than a turkey. This is in hopes that they won’t get eaten for Thanksgiving!
Kids are free to disguise their turkey as anything they want! Disguise the turkey as Elsa, a cheerleader, an astronaut – anything they want!
